Hello? It's Brayle here, once again with a pen in hand.

, did I mention I love riding my bike?🚲
Today I have to tell you some sad news about this bike...
The brakes must be broken, so it doesn't stop well!⚰️
I don't want to stop while riding with flashy and dangerous techniques

like bicycle tricks...

So I send the bike to a repair shop for a while and I just walk around.
The weather is still a little cold,

but it's fun to look for the beginning of spring on the side of the road!🚶🌱

I have a lot to talk about today!
First, let me briefly introduce another character from

‘Kafka’s Metamorphosis’ (working title)!

Max Brod: Introducing Kafka to the world

When author Franz Kafka was alive,

he was a person with low self-esteem and little desire for fame.
Only a few works were published while he was alive...
And he left a will to those close to him to burn almost all of his works.🔥
Some really kept their will.

But some people thought that Kafka's work couldn't be allowed

to never see the light of day!

That person is ‘Max Brod.’

Max met Kafka in high school and they became lifelong friends.

Unlike Kafka, who was introverted and emotional,

Max was said to be sociable and businesslike.

There were many differences between the two as writers.😮

When Kafka died young at the age of 40 in 1924,

Max could not allow the works he left behind to disappear,

as Kafka had wished.
So, he collected Kafka’s manuscripts and writings scattered

here and there.📜
He even left Europe with his documents when they were in danger of

being lost during World War II.

It can be said that it is thanks to Max Brod

that we can now read Kafka's works.📚
The reason Kafka first became known to the world was

because Max collected, edited, and published his posthumous works!

However, scholars say that Max Brod's version distorts Kafka's literary world...
So these days, books are coming out that reproduce Kafka's original text!

I wanted to briefly introduce Max Brod only in relation to the ‘writer’ Franz Kafka!

Max Brod is a complex person

who cannot be simply called Kafka's friend and fan,

so I think it would be better for you to judge Max Brod for yourself.🙂

March 23rd is the birthday of

Raoul de Chagny, the owner of burning passion and anger!
Raoul is a naval officer in his own right,

but he just graduated from the military academy,

so his experience is limited... 🌊

But now he can travel around the world and grow into a better person!
Wouldn’t it be possible to go on an expedition

to the North Pole which he gave up to go or Antarctica?🐧
