Meet Kafka’s Youngest Sister!👋

, you have met some of the characters from ‘Metamorphosis’(working title), right?
Today I would like to introduce a new character through a letter!

Franz Kafka had three younger sisters, and the youngest of them, Ottla Kafka, will appear as a major character in 'Metamorphosis'!
Her two older sisters above were unfortunately left out as they could not be deeply involved in the story due to marriage or raising children...
It's surprising that Franz Kafka was the eldest of four children! I'm also the oldest child, so I think I sympathized in a strange way.😮

MazM have referenced many letters, postcards, and diaries that Franz Kafka actually send and exchanged with Ottla to express the character.📚

P.S: How did Justin get from Geneva to Ingolstadt?

Geneva is at the western end of Switzerland. Even though Ingolstadt is located in southern Germany, it is a very long distance by the standards of the time when transportation was not developed. I think that Justin would have used crowded cities like Bern and Zurich as guideposts, but focused on mountain paths that would be less noticeable. That way, she can get out of Switzerland without anyone finding out.

Thinking about Justin's crossing of Switzerland reminds me of Daejin Park's crossing of Siberia... Everyone is really strong!😯
