Do you remember I wrote in last week's letter that the weather was hot? Right after I finished writing that letter, heavy rain poured down where I live... Fortunately, I was safe, but many people and animals were affected by the downpour. I'm hoping there won't be any more serious damage, and I'm thinking of making a small donation. 😢 |

For reference, “The Judgment” was visually rendered in the “real” art style, even though Franz drew inspiration from his unconscious, because it is closely connected to his personal story. The characters of Franz, Hermann, and Felice were portrayed as if they were actors assuming roles in “The Judgment,” so they received scripts that created a different impression from their counterparts in the “real” world.
In the early stages of development, the team considered using special cutscenes to depict Franz moving between reality and the unconscious, but it was ultimately removed, as it was deemed unfitting for his personality. |
